Arnauvugut—meaning “We Are Women” in Inuktut—is a Skills Nunavut program dedicated to empowering women and girls through hands-on skilled trades and technology experiences. The program creates a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can explore careers that have traditionally been underrepresented by women, build practical skills, gain confidence, and connect with mentors and industry professionals.

Through workshops, camps, and community-based activities, Arnauvugut encourages participants to:
